Net Suite Administrator - Hampshire - c £70K

Anderson Frank are working with a manufacturing organisation that is currently expanding its internal IT capability and are looking to bring in an experienced Net Suite Administrator to join a newly formed Systems Centre of Excellence. This is a key hire where Net Suite sits at the heart of the business, supporting both operational efficiency and future growth.

You’ll take full ownership of the Net Suite environment, setting best practices, ensuring security and performance, and working closely with stakeholders across the business to maximise system value. This is an excellent opportunity for a Net Suite professional looking to take true ownership of a core business system and play a strategic role in its ongoing evolution.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to analyse, document, and translate functional requirements
• Provide first and second-line Net Suite support, managing third‑party support partners where required
• Maintain system documentation including process flows and custom functionality
• Develop and deliver user training to drive adoption and best practice usage
• Monitor, manage, and enhance customisations including workflows, Suite Scripts, custom forms, records, and integration’s
• Oversee integration’s into and out of Net Suite, including WMS, web ordering portals, banking platforms, and data analytics tools

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Net Suite system administration
• Strong understanding of financial and operational processes within Net Suite
• Proven ability to analyse complex problems and deliver practical, effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
