Dream Medical is seeking a Qualified Practice Nurse for ongoing shifts at a GP Surgery in Farnborough.

The role involves covering up to 24 hours a week, with potential for increased hours.

You will work with a dynamic team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants to deliver excellent patient care, including:

• Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations
• Asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring
• Simple Dressings
• Chronic Disease Management
• Cervical Cytology
• Spirometry
• Diabetes care
• NHS health checks
• Health Promotion and weight loss advice
• Smoking Cessation
