Financial Planner

In this role, you’ll manage existing clients and develop new relationships, creating personalized financial plans that align with their aspirations—all while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations. If you're proactive, client-focused, and eager to advance your career, we want to hear from you.

• 2+ years’ experience building a client bank of £5m+
• Proven ability to attract and develop clients
• Level 4 qualification (CII or CISI), studying towards Level 6
• Current Statement of Professional Standing
• Clear communicator, able to simplify complex information
• Autonomous worker with strong teamwork skills
• Able to produce high-quality work within deadlines

• Experience in FCA environments
• Knowledge of working with solicitors, accountants, or portfolio managers
• Familiarity with financial planning software

• Relevant financial planning qualifications (Level 4+, working towards Level
  6)
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and client management

• Occasional travel
• Commitment to FCA Conduct Rules and compliance standards
