A leading property services provider is looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to undertake surveys for a Hampshire-based Local Authority. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in stock condition surveys, particularly within social housing settings. Responsibilities include accurately recording property condition data and identifying compliance issues. This position is full-time and temporary, with a pay rate of £27 PAYE / £34 per hour, and an immediate start date is available.
