• Manageable school‑based caseloads designed for impact, not overload
• Ongoing support and supervision from a licensed BCBA
• Collaborative IEP and intervention planning teams

• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Ability to obtain New Jersey RBT registration prior to or within 30 days of start date
• High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience providing ABA or behavioral support (school‑based experience a plus)
• Successful background check before employment begins
• Passion for culturally responsive care and supporting students with disabilities

1099 Rate: $25–$40/hour (based on experience and placement setting)
