- Ongoing support and supervision from a licensed BCBA

- Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Ability to obtain New Jersey RBT registration prior to or within 30 days of start date
- High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience providing ABA or behavioral support (school‑based experience a plus)
- Successful background check before employment begins
- Passion for culturally responsive care and supporting students with disabilities
1099 Rate: $25–$40/hour (based on experience and placement setting)
