Junior Project and Support Manager

The NCS Junior Projects & Support Manager is responsible for specific communication, tracking, and project coordination activities for assigned business and/or client projects. This role supports the project flow, organization, coordination and tracking process across NCS and affiliated entities.

• Assists in maintaining and coordinating assigned projects, collaborating with stakeholders, to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Present project strategy to business unit stakeholders including product enhancements.
• Collaborate with leadership and the end users to document project needs, determine strategy, and benchmark incumbent system/process as applicable.
• Craft project plan with stakeholders, documenting tools, timelines, deliverables, implementation.
• Report to stakeholders progress and roadmap of developments.
• Conduct postproject implementation audit (Postmortem) with stakeholders.
• Document lessons learned and project outcome and measure goal attainment for the project.
• Assist in research and development for new products.
• Develop continual product and client audit policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1 year of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced skills in Excel; strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Highly analytical and detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent coursework and certification).
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills; proven ability to work effectively across departments.
• Self‑motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with a proactive, hands‑on approach to collaboration.
• Prior presentation skills to senior and executive leadership.
• Mortgage and/or credit experience preferred.

• 3 or more years as an assistant/junior project manager and/or prior experience as a business analyst.
• 5+ years in mortgage operations.
• You worked at a startup (Series B or earlier) in the past.
• JIRA experience.
