Salesperson, Automotive Sales

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Hammond, LA. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles that best suit their needs, building relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge of vehicles, preparing sales documentation, and meeting sales goals. The role also involves attending training sessions, coordinating test drives, and communicating effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Proven sales skills, including consultative selling, negotiation, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about automotive products, features, and services offered by the dealership.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage customer inquiries and sales processes effectively.
• Experience with using sales software or CRM systems to track customer information and interactions is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; sales training or certifications are a plus.
