• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensure customers understand the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (up to 7 hours per day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
