The Restaurant Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Hammond, LA. The manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage and train team members, and maintain a clean and efficient work environment. Additional duties include scheduling, inventory management, upholding quality and safety standards, and achieving financial targets. The individual will also foster a positive workplace culture and lead by example to ensure the success of the restaurant.

• Leadership skills, including team management, staff training, and conflict resolution
• Operational expertise in inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Customer service excellence, with a focus on delivering a positive dining experience
• Analytical and financial management skills to meet business goals and track performance metrics
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
