Intralox, L.L.C. has an opening for an Inspector Packer in the Hammond Plastics facility. This person will work with a team of Operator and Processor Technicians to manufacture plastic modular conveyor parts. This facility operates 365/24/7, and this position will work a 12-hour shift Day (7:00AM - 7:00PM) OR Night (7:00PM - 7:00AM) with rotating weekends. If selected, you will need to successfully complete drug/background/physical screenings.

Job Responsibilities- Inspect and package molded products
- Properly sort unacceptable product for further processing
- Complete finishing operations to molded product
- Accurately package and label completed products
- Maintain accurate transactions of finished goods and scrap material
- Inform team leader of non-conforming product immediately
- Maintain high housekeeping standards within the work area
- Start and stop machines when instructed
- Perform and execute job tasks in the best interest of a high-performance team at all times
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Candidates must possess a stable work history, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
- Ability to stand and walk continuously while performing tasks
- Must be able to perform all job duties, including the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Adhere to all safety requirements
- Basic computer skills a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Self-managed; ability to work well without supervision, team-oriented with a positive attitude
