The General Laborers are responsible for the day-to-day safe operations throughout the plant. This position assists as assigned through the facility which includes but not limited to stacking off paper rolls, changing of the paper rolls, waste bailing, and any extra help needed around the facility.

This position is on the Day Shift, which operates Monday through Friday from 6:00am - 4:30pm.

Compensation Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based onthe skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. How you'll make an impact:

• Follow all safety protocols.
• Moving and lifting heavy rolls of paper.
• Examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications.
• Sort manufacturing materials or products.
• Load, unload, or stack off rolls.
• Monitor production machinery/equipment operation to detect problems.
• Clean work area during down time and end of shift.
• Constant standing, walking, and reaching at or below shoulder level.
• Other duties as assigned.
