Key Responsibilities – Experienced Auto Service Manager:

• Oversee daily operations of the high-volume service department
• Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, CSI scores, and profitability
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and customer communication
• Collaborate with Parts and Sales departments to streamline service delivery
• Develop action plans to improve performance and increase customer loyalty and CSI

Qualifications - Experienced Auto Service Manager:

• Required:
  Proven experience in automotive dealership service management
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• ASE certifications is a plus
