We are currently searching for an experienced Asphalt Plant Operator to join our South Shore Asphalt team of talented employees!

• Basic Equipment Operations
• Basic Computer Skills
• Strong Mathematical Abilities
• Microsoft Excel
• Reliability
• Being able to work outside
• Being in good physical condition
• 1 year minimum experience in road or construction field working outdoors

• Forklift
• Loader
• Man‑Lift

• Communicate with the Plant Foreman, Superintendent, and Operators; conduct daily startup, shutdown, and maintenance procedures; perform equipment inspections.

• The ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions, such as cold, heat and humidity
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and pull or push up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work from heights up to 60 ft.
• Observe all safety protocol.
