As the Superintendent, you'll be responsible for leading and managing our on-site construction team, ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications and quality standards. Your role will involve placing orders for materials, managing budgets, and adhering to schedules while maintaining open lines of communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Lead the on-site construction team, providing direction and ensuring that all team members work effectively and efficiently.
• Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all site activities, ensuring that work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Material Management: Place timely orders for materials and ensure their availability on-site as per project needs.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that all phases of construction are completed within the set timelines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and progress.
• Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and address any hazards immediately to maintain a safe work environment.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conflict Resolution: Identify potential conflicts or issues early on, resolve disputes efficiently, and make necessary changes to keep the project on track.
