A public university in the U.S. is seeking an Assistant Head Track and Cross Country Coach to assist the Head Coach in all aspects of a Division 1 intercollegiate program. Responsibilities include instruction, training of student-athletes, mental development, and fostering motivation. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least one year of coaching experience or as a Division I student-athlete.
A Master's degree and knowledge of NCAA rules are preferred. This role requires flexibility in working hours and travel.
