* * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.
* Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
* Able to implement change within the department.
* Able to motivate department employees to meet and exceed demands.
* Ability to close and complete projects in a timely manner.
* Must be self-motivated.
* Preferred
* * High School Diploma or Equivalent;
College degree preferred.
* Lean Six Sigma training preferred.
* 3-5 years’ experience leading and supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.
