Meats by Linz is looking for an
IT Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities as an IT Systems Administrator
- Deploy, configure, and support end-user devices including laptops, desktops, printers, RF scanners, tablets, and related hardware.
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including Microsoft 365 account setup, Active Directory/domain access, device provisioning, Group Policy, and MFA enrollment.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, and user licensing.
- Provide technical support for end-user devices, operating systems, and applications, with a focus on system performance, connectivity, and network-related issues.
- Support ERP systems and business applications as they relate to IT access, integrations, and device compatibility.
- Assist with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization environments in coordination with internal IT standards and best practices.
- Act as the primary liaison with the managed service provider (MSP/MNS) for Tier 3 enterprise hardware support, escalations, and company-wide infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors on IT security initiatives, system hardening, access controls, and security posture improvements.
- Serve as the IT point of contact for physical security systems, coordinating with third-party vendors for door access, cameras, and surveillance platforms.
- Maintain accurate documentation for IT procedures, configurations, and standard operating processes.
Job Requirements and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as an IT Specialist or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or technical related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Experience supporting staff in an office, manufacturing space, and remote is a plus.
