Escorts arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner to and from their accommodations, as requested. Drives guests to and from area businesses and local bus stops, as required. There is down time between shuttle requirements. During that time you will be required to check with the Manager on Duty for any support needs the hotel requires. This is not limited to the following examples:
Floor sweeping and mopping, trash removal, public bathroom cleaning and/or refreshing, Pulling linen for housekeeping, checking the floors for safety hazards, checking the outside trash receptacles, and pool areas, assisting as needed in the Breakfast Area, setting up and/or breaking down meeting rooms and cleaning all public areas.
IMPORTANT NOTE . You are part of the full hotel team, and will not just sit between driving needs.

• Escorts guests to and from hotel to terminals.
• Assisting guests with luggage to their rooms to lobby or off and on hotel van.
• Explains and promotes hotel facilities and services. Provides guest with information, such as local attractions, events, and directions.
• Transport guest to and from terminal while demonstrating all common courtesies and obeying driving and traffic laws.
• Maintains guest privacy.
• Ensures property vehicles/vans are clean and in top running conditions at all times. Reports needed repairs immediately to hotel management.
• Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.
• Set up/break down meeting rooms.
• Clean lobby and other duties directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have clean driving record
• Must have the ability to communicate with the public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of the surrounding areas and local events preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages and luggage up to 100lbs.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including weekends and holidays.
