- Active, unencumbered HHA(['license', 'in the state of practice'])
- Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (hire can assist)
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
