ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

* Open and close table games in assigned area verifying count as provided by the Dealer.

* Inspect card decks prior to play.

* Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts.

* Monitor bets and payouts are correct as needed.

* Complete rating cards for players.

* Initiate and verify fills to tables.

* Process player requests for credit and extend to guest upon approval.

* Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.

* Coordinates player ratings and customer cash transactions.

* Responsible for stocking supplies and all pit forms.

* Serves as Box person on Craps games.

* Other duties as assigned.

* 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred

* Must be 21 years or older.
