PRS Recruitment seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to oversee mechanical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and general building services for a large site in Hammersmith. Key Responsibilities:

Carry out daily PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems
Respond promptly to emergency callouts and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain and repair HVAC plant, AHUs, FCUs, VAV, VRV systems, and water treatment equipment
Work on general building maintenance tasks as required, including pumps, boilers, drainage, and plumbing
Conduct fault-finding and repair on key mechanical systems
Operate and manage BMS (Building Management System) and Head End Controls Requirements:
NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
Ideally, 3 years of experience in building services maintenance

Experience with planned and reactive maintenance on heating/cooling systems primarily, with experience of steam/BMS systems/plumbing advantageous.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to diagnose faults effectively
Motivated to succeed and develop within the role
