Fit Out / Finishing Manager
High-End Residential Scheme - RC Frame, West London
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fit Out / Finishing Manager to join a flagship high-end residential development consisting of 100 units.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a quality-led project, overseeing the internal fit-out and finishing phases to a high specification.

Up to June 2026 (with potential for extension)
Responsibilities:
Managing final internal fit-out and finishing works
Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
Ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification
Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety
Working closely with the site team and client representatives
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Fit Out / Finishing Manager on residential projects
Strong eye for detail and quality
Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS preferred
Rate:
£300 - £350 per day (PAYE)
