Quantity Surveyor required for West London
Quantity Surveyor for circa 15mil to 20mil refurbishment / conversion from commercial to residential.
Looking for a QS with a minimum 4 to 5 years post degree qualification and ideally prior experience of looking after all aspects of the commercial function on similar refurb / conversions from commercial to residential projects.
Looking for applicants past experience to include:
- Experience of D&B Contracts
- Residential experience (apartments)
If you are a QS looking for a permanent position between 60000 and 70000 (DOE) and have previously worked on similar type projects, please apply by sending an up to date CV
