Warehouse Coordinator

• Operates pallet jack and electric pallet jack to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Operates sit-down, battery-powered forklift in a safe and compliant manner
• Loads, unloads, stages, and organizes inventory according to company procedures
• Assists with receiving and verifying incoming shipments
• Pulls, stages, and prepares materials for transfer or shipment
• Conducts cycle counts and assists with physical inventory
• Creates, enters, and maintains transfer orders in the system
• Performs basic data entry related to inventory movement and warehouse transactions
• Completes and maintains required warehouse documentation and logs
• Maintains warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Delivers meals to customer sites as needed to support operational demands
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience operating pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and sit-down forklift required
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical certification required
• Must meet all DOT and company driving eligibility requirements
• Basic computer skills including data entry and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening

• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Ability to talk and hear
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in wet or humid conditions not related to weather
• Ability to work near moving mechanical equipment
• Exposure to outdoor conditions including heat and cold not related to weather
• Exposure to moderate noise levels
