Location: Cincinnati, OH & Surrounding Areas

Earnings: $150,000 – $300,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

We are looking for one elite In-Home Sales Professional to join our Cincinnati team. This isn't a "job"—it’s a high-income career for a disciplined professional who knows how to build rapport, overcome objections, and drop a contract on the first visit.

• Warm, Pre-Set Appointments:
  No prospecting. Our marketing team fills your calendar with 10–15 qualified leads per week throughout the Cincinnati/Tri-State area
• High-Velocity Sales:
  Bathroom remodels are high-intent. Our average sales cycle is 90 minutes
• Industry‑Leading Commissions:
  We pay for performance. $200k+ is the expectation for our top reps, not a "theoretical" ceiling
