Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Specialist located in Hamilton, OH. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, managing accounts, and collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. The role also involves contributing to training and supporting sales teams in achieving organizational growth goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in Training or developing sales teams is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software is a plus
