Community - Leasing Consultant

. We are offering up to $18.00/hr.
PLUS $75.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off AND full benefits.

• Pay up to $16.00 - $18.00/hr. to start
• Up to $75.00 Commissions on new lease signings
• Tuition Reimbursement

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
• Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
