In this role, you’ll:

• Deliver direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments
• Monitor and support chronic conditions common in long‑term care settings
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Mentor and guide caregivers, fostering a safe, supportive, and person‑centered environment

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

• Full‑Time: 36 hours per week with every 3rd weekend rotation
