Registered Nurse; RN

The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality care and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and company policies. This position requires clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

• Perform timely and accurate nursing assessments for all assigned patients.
• Document findings in our documentation software.

• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days, utilizing phone or virtual
• Complete a minimum of two in-person supervisory visits per year

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Ensure all care practices align with state and federal nursing rules.
• Adhere to and promote compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures.

• Provide ongoing training and support to clinical staff as needed.

• Model a high standard of ethical and professional behavior.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
