We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment team. In this role, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and MAT services in collaboration with a staff psychiatrist. This is primarily an office-based position, with the potential for up to one remote telehealth day per week once caseload and workflow support that flexibility.

This is not a siloed role. As our PMHNP, you will actively engage in diagnostic assessments, medication oversight, recovery-focused care, and client education, helping individuals with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders stabilize and move forward.

Pay
:
Starting at $60/hr, based on years of experience, with a transition to a collections-based compensation model after six months.

Schedule
:
Open to Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN candidates; scheduling flexibility is available based on candidate availability and program needs. Future opportunity to work one day remotely with telehealth if caseload supports.

• You are a Master’s-level, board-certified Nurse Practitioner with active, unrestricted NP licensure.

• You bring experience or strong interest in serving individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, including dual-diagnosis populations.
• You are comfortable providing medication management and MAT services, including Suboxone and Vivitrol, and are willing to work with Ambulatory Detox programs.
• You are open to providing telehealth services as part of your practice when caseload supports it.
• You demonstrate strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, documentation, crisis management, and time management.
• You collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
