** Responsibilities for a Screw Machine Operator include but are not limited to:*
* · Perform  
** machine setup and operation
** of Acme and Davenport screw machines in a manufacturing environment

· Load bar stock, fill fluids, remove chips, and complete  
** tooling changes and adjustments
** to maintain quality specifications

· Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with  
** preventative maintenance
** activities

· Ensure product  
** quality control conformance
** and assist in training other operators on machine setup and operation

** Candidates for Screw Machine Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* · Relevant mechanical experience in  
** manufacturing, maintenance, automotive mechanic, or diesel mechanic
** roles (trade school accepted)

· Strong  
** mechanical aptitude
** with the ability to use tools and machinery effectively

· Ability to perform standard math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) for machine adjustments

· Proven troubleshooting and  
** problem-solving skills
** in a production setting

· High School Diploma or GED preferred

· Must wear  
** safety shoes and safety glasses
** at the time of interview

· Onsite interview and plant tour required (please provide 1-2 available dates/times)

· No background exceptions allowed

** What's in this Screw Machine Operator position for you?*
* · Pay: $21.00 per hour

· Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm-2:00am (Overtime on Fridays as needed)
