Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in structural steel and modular base frames, is seeking a dedicated Welder 4th Shift to join their dynamic team. As a Welder 4th Shift, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality steel assemblies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay Rate: $27

Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6AM-6PM

What's the Job?

  • Perform structural steel welding using MIG and TIG techniques for modular base frames and enclosure products.
  • Operate oxy-acetylene torches and plasma arc equipment to cut steel of varying thicknesses.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
  • Verify work against specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with ISO
    9001:2015 standards.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in structural steel welding, preferably with MIG and TIG techniques.
  • Ability to pass a welding qualification test and adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Familiarity with oxy-acetylene cutting equipment and metalworking tools.
  • Strong reading and interpretation skills for blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
