Job Title: Welder 4th Shift
Location: Hamilton, OH 45015
Pay Rate: $21 – $24/hr + $3 shift differential
Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Overview

The Welder 4th Shift is responsible for performing structural steel welding and fabrication for modular base frames and enclosure products in a manufacturing environment. This role involves MIG, TIG, and Arc welding, along with the use of oxy-acetylene torches and plasma arc equipment. The Welder works as part of a team to produce high-quality assemblies that meet blueprint specifications while maintaining strict safety standards and ISO
9001:2015 quality requirements.

Job Specifications
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on steel and aluminum materials
  • Cut steel using oxy-acetylene torches and plasma arc equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and assembly instructions
  • Operate metalworking equipment including press brakes, drill presses, and shears
  • Verify completed welds and assemblies conform to specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate time reporting sheets and documentation
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete assemblies efficiently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Ability to work up to 10 hours per day and weekends as required
  • Must pass welding qualification test
  • Must supply personal welding gear including helmet and welding tools
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Successful background check and drug screen required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Structural steel welding experience
  • AWS D1.1 welding certification
  • Experience with weld testing methods such as dye penetrant
  • Experience with metalworking equipment such as shears and brakes
  • Experience with plasma arc cutting and laser measuring tools
