Job Title: Assembly Lead 4th Shift
Location: Hamilton, OH 45011
Pay Rate: $25/hr ($22 base + $3 shift differential)
Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The Assembly Lead is responsible for maintaining production flow within the assembly area while supporting safety, quality, and productivity goals. This role provides leadership to the assembly team, ensures efficient use of materials and equipment, and serves as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and operational support. The Assembly Lead works closely with the Manufacturing Supervisor to implement process improvements, support operational changes, and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Lead and support the assembly team to meet safety, quality, service, and productivity goals.
• Ensure hourly employees are properly trained and able to support departmental needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting issues and escalating concerns when needed.
• Oversee routine operations and changeover validation activities.
• Ensure all production documentation is complete, accurate, and properly reviewed.
• Manage floor inventory and communicate production schedules effectively.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate material deliveries.
• Support and implement process improvements, including safety and ergonomic enhancements.
• Provide technical support and assist with integrating operational changes into production.

• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing lead experience required.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Proficient computer skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and material drawings.
• Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment such as printers, presses, and baggers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with MRP systems, SAP preferred.
• Experience operating stand-up tow motor.
• Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with SAP and Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
