Welder – 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $24.00–$27.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM
Position Type: 1 opening, RTH

Perform structural steel welding on modular base frames and enclosure products. This role focuses on quality welds that meet blueprint specifications, safety standards, and ISO
9001:2015 requirements.

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on steel and aluminum.
• Cut steel using oxy-acetylene and plasma arc equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and assembly instructions.
• Operate metalworking equipment such as press brakes, drill presses, and shears.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Accurately complete time reporting documentation.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Work up to 10-hour shifts and weekends as needed.

• Pass a welding qualification test.
• Provide personal welding gear (helmet, chipping hammer, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

• 1–5 years of structural steel welding experience.
• AWS D1.1 certification.
• Experience with weld testing methods (e.g., dye penetrant).
• Familiarity with framing equipment, plasma arc cutting, and laser measuring tools.
