We’re hiring a Spirit Shop Production Associate to support the daily production, packing, and fulfillment of online Spirit Shop orders. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring accuracy, focus, and strong follow-through. This is not a casual production role — we are looking for people who care deeply about details, consistency, and accountability.

• Accurately pick, sort, and prepare Spirit Shop orders for production and shipment
• Verify order details including styles, sizes, colors, quantities, and personalization
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging orders for shipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet Headlines standards
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and production areas
• Follow established production workflows and deadlines
• Communicate clearly with Spirit Shop, Production, and Purchasing teams regarding order issues or discrepancies
• Support peak production periods with efficiency and urgency

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous production, fulfillment, warehouse, or retail operations experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working on your feet and moving throughout the day
• Basic computer or order-system experience preferred (training provided)

• Weekday availability required
• Overtime may be available during peak Spirit Shop seasons
