Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00/hr + $3.00 Shift Differential

Shift: 6am-6pm, Fri/Sat/Sun

Responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery to produce precision parts. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, ISO requirements, and quality control procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, support production efficiency, and minimize downtime through proactive machine operation and troubleshooting.

• Read and interpret calipers and precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Review CNC prints and maintain strict tolerances.
• Complete documentation accurately.
• Use hand tools and shop equipment for machine operation and adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues.

• 1–5 years of CNC machine operation experience.
• Proficiency in reading CNC prints and understanding tolerances.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools.
• Familiarity with machine controls and troubleshooting.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

• Read and comprehend instructions and technical documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Complete quality forms and inspection reports accurately.
• Skilled in using hand tools and shop equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to interpret instructions and apply them to machine operations.

• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Frequent use of hands and arms for tools and machine controls.
• Visual acuity for various vision needs.
