Powder Coater Painter 1st Shift

Starting Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hr (based on experience)
1st Shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am–4:00 pm

We’re looking for a reliable Powder Coater / Painter to join our team. You’ll be responsible for applying powder coating and paint to our products, making sure everything comes out looking great and meets our quality standards.

• Load, spray, and cure products using powder coating and paint systems.
• Hang and remove items from the line.
• Run curing ovens and check bake cycles.
• Set up and adjust spray equipment as needed.
• Keep equipment in good shape and help troubleshoot problems.
• Help train teammates when needed.

• 1–5 years of experience in powder coating, painting, or manufacturing.
• Familiar with mechanical or electrical systems.
• LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) trained.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• You’ll be on your feet, bending, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills are needed.
