Overview
The City of Hamilton is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minorities and Women are encouraged to apply. This is seasonal or temporary work performing facilities maintenance and assisting in day to day operations of the City of Hamilton Electric Department.
This work is performed under the supervision of a permanent employee who directs the work and provides instructions as needed. Work is anticipated on a frequent basis.
Responsibilities- Day to day maintenance tasks related to facilities management such as taking out trash, cleanup work, etc.;
- May paint or clean up buildings or rooms;
- Ability to work in high spaces;
- Ability to learn how to run equipment;
- Lawn and landscape repair;
- Working out of a bucket truck hanging banners and holiday lights;
- Ability to learn traffic control for flagging;
- Performs work as needed.
Must be at least 18 years of age, and;
Must possess a valid driver's license.
