Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Experience in business analysis, ideally within financial services or wealth management.
Knowledge of corporate finance principles and advisor compensation models.
Background in defining and implementing business workflows.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Capable of independent and collaborative work in a changing environment.
Competent in documenting current and future state processes related to Rockefeller s data ecosystem and digital experience.
Experience with UI development, including requirements definition and design.
Demonstrates critical thinking and an enterprise perspective.
Familiarity with systems and tools used at Rockefeller, such as Dev Ops, Dynamics 365.
Finance & Operations, Alteryx, Power BI, Solver, Jaccomo.
