Overview
Are you an STNA who is passionate about long-term care
, values teamwork, and believes in building meaningful relationships with residents? Join our team at Community First Solutions and make a lasting difference every day.
At Community First Solutions, our long-term care philosophy is rooted in a resident-first approach
—where individualized care plans are guided by each person’s unique needs, preferences, and long-term goals. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you play a vital hands‑on role in supporting residents’ dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct daily care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support residents with meals and hydration while encouraging independence whenever possible
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the nursing team
- Build lasting, trusting relationships with residents and their families
- Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent, compassionate care
Your presence at the bedside brings comfort, stability, and connection—essential elements in long-term care. By working side‑by‑side with nurses, you help create a safe, supportive, and person‑centered environment where residents feel known, respected, and truly at home.
At Community First Solutions, long‑term care is more than a service—it’s a commitment to walking alongside residents through every stage of their journey while creating a workplace where STNAs feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
