Position Summary:

• Enter records in the EHR
• Provide assistance with outcome data
• Report and communicate regularly with referral sources and providers
• Provide service documentation
• Participate in case staffing
• Provide motivational interviewing and support
• Engage in correspondence with Butler County Children’s Services and other service providers
li>Provide SUD and MH case management
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. CDCA preferred
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Experience with electronic health records preferred
• Long‑term recovery from substance use (drugs and/or alcohol)
• Lived experience with the child welfare system either as a parent or a child
• Good working condition motor vehicle and current driver’s license with automobile insurance
