Location:

Cincinnati, Hamilton, and Lebanon (Hamilton County, OH)

$25.00/hour — 12pm–8pm shift (Full‑time, hourly, non‑exempt).

Job Summary:

As part of the recent merger of Best Point and Butler Behavioral Health, a new MRSS (Mobile Response and Stabilization Services) Skill Builder role has opened to support children and parents with behavioral health challenges and/or mental health diagnoses. The role helps clients navigate systems and implement care plans based on initial evaluation.

• Work directly with children, adolescents, and families in distress and crisis, using de‑escalation and distress‑tolerance strategies.
• Provide skill building, make appropriate community resource referrals, and collaborate with other professionals.
• Collect data and complete clinical documentation within required time frames.

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable human services field.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong time‑management, organizational, and follow‑up skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
