Position Overview

Building Supervisor

Hours:

After School/Evening/Weekends; 5:00 p.m.

- 9:30 p.m. (hours vary by scheduled event)

Primary Responsibilities

Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
This position is responsible for customer service, building security and monitoring during out‑of‑school hours. This position requires a person with strong customer service and communication skills, is technology‑savvy, is self‑directed and a team player, is culturally aware, and responsible. Other duties include preparing for rentals and use of the facility such as meetings, athletic practices, tournaments and other special events – other duties may be assigned by administrator/supervisor.

The Building Supervisor must be reliable and flexible with work schedule.

Qualifications

Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, and be age(s) 17+. Personal skills must include a professional, friendly, positive, and cooperative work style and the ability to work with many types of people in various circumstances. Candidate must be able to perform tasks proficiently while handling frequent interruptions, multi‑task, and possess good communication skills. Additional training may be offered covering First Aid, CPR and AED training.

Salary

Group Casual Position Event and Facilities Supervisor Rate of Pay $11.41‑$15.00/hr Benefits Sick Time Other

Working Conditions

Evening hours will vary by school location. Weekend hours may be available Saturday or Sunday.
