Ball-Chatham seeks motivated, passionate, and reliable individuals to join us as Substitute Teachers. Substitute teachers supervise students in the event their regular teacher is unable to lead class. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing classroom behavior, interpreting lesson plans and communicating with the permanent teacher regarding student progress.

Substitute Teachers are required to have a Bachelor's Degree and an active Substitute License issued by ROE #51. to learn more about obtaining your Substitute License.
Daily Rates- $125 daily (if covering a vacancy for the same individual for 1-10 days)
- $150 daily (if covering a vacancy for the same individual for 11-90 days OR if a retired BCSD5 teacher 1-10 days)
- $187 daily (if covering a vacancy for the same individual for 91+ days OR if a retired BCSD5 teacher 11-90+ days)
