| LOCATION West Chester Campus, Bioscience Center

| GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Guidance Counselor will support 10th 12th grade students by providing activities and the environment for a broad, comprehensive developmental guidance program involving students, parents, teachers, administrators, specialists, and community agencies.

| QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's Degree;

* Valid School Counselor licensure, certification, and/or registration as required by the Ohio State Board of Education;

* Successful counseling experience desired;

* Willingness and ability to work with students and staff as a team member;

* Effective and demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, analytical, oral and written communication, and organizational skills;

* Computer expertise appropriate to the position;

* Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance;

* History of strong work record, including good job attendance; and

* Documented evidence of acceptable criminal record as required by Ohio law and Board Policy.

| STARTING DATE July 2026

| SALARY Based upon experience and education ($52,)

| BENEFITS Includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; tuition reimbursement

| WORK YEAR 185 days; 7.5 hours/day plus 20 extended days
