Position Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Fairfield, Ohio. This role will report directly to the Art Director and play a key part in developing high-quality visuals across both digital and print platforms. Projects will focus on digital asset creation for Amazon, marketing content design, layout design, and a variety of branded content.
As part of a small and collaborative team, the ideal candidate must be able to work well with others while also being self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Assets:
Design product images, banners, A+ content, and other digital materials optimized for Amazon and e-commerce platforms.
2. Print Design:
Create layouts for packaging, brochures, catalogs, signage, and tradeshow graphics.
3. Tradeshow Materials:
Design booth graphics, banners, handouts, and event collateral. Assist in the creation of tradeshow presentations using Canva or similar platforms.
4.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Art Director, marketing, product, and sales teams to bring ideas to life visually.
5. Production Prep:
Prepare and deliver clean, production-ready files for print and digital output.
6. Project Management:
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
1. Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design across both print and digital media.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work including digital marketing assets, and layout design.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
5. Experience designing for Amazon or other e-commerce platforms is strongly preferred.
6. Solid understanding of print production processes and digital file optimization.
7. Ability to take direction, absorb feedback, and adapt designs accordingly.
8. Must be comfortable working both collaboratively and independently within a small team environment.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills.

1. Basic photography and photo-editing skills
Basic motion graphics experience is a plus but not required
