Description

Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language SkillsAbility to read and write routine reports and correspondence in English. Ability to speak and write effectively in English before groups of customers or employees, in person, by phone, or by e‑mail.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
