FLSA Status: Non‑exempt

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work at a fast, consistent pace.

• Perform all manual labor in the assigned area.
• Keep area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Understanding of safety procedures.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Alignment with Champion Operating Principles.

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or modular housing desired.
