- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 3+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets workflows including:
- Institutional client coverage
- Deal lifecycle (ECM/DCM/M&A)
- Research distribution and compliance rules
- Hands‑on experience creating user stories, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and test cases.
- Proficient in Salesforce capabilities such as Sales Cloud, FSC, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards.
We are seeking a highly analytical and business‑savvy Salesforce Business Analyst to support our Capital Markets business functions. In this role, you will partner with front‑office, middle‑office, and technology teams to design, enhance, and optimize Salesforce solutions that enable better client engagement, deal management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Capital Markets stakeholders (Sales & Trading, Research, Syndicate, Compliance) to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Create functional specifications, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
- Analyze current‑state workflows and identify automation/improvement opportunities within Salesforce.
- Design Salesforce solutions supporting pipeline management, investor onboarding, account hierarchy, interaction tracking, KYC/AML workflows, research distribution, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead UAT planning, test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Enhance CRM features supporting deals: IPOs, ECM/DCM transactions, M&A, investor allocation, and relationship intelligence.
- Streamline front‑office workflows around client segmentation, coverage models, and call reporting.
- Support encryption, supervisory workflows, and compliance reporting aligned with regulatory expectations.
- Define and validate data models, mappings, hierarchies, and integration requirements with downstream systems.
- Partner with data teams to ensure high‑quality customer, issuer, and investor data.
- Build dashboards and reports for deal teams, leadership, and compliance functions.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and release reviews with business users.
- Maintain a clear product backlog aligned with Capital Markets strategic priorities.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
